If a new member (Knight) does not live in Fresno, and wishes to begin a branch in his own home town, He will have to have the approval of his home church Pastor or Pastoral representative or elder, who will be required to attend and supervise the meetings. He will be required to submit a written request along with the requirements to be completed for each stage of the program from Page to Knight, to be authorized to start a branch of the KOGC in his home town, and within his home church if at all possible, which will have to be approved by majority vote of the Round Table officers of the Fresno Christian Growth Center. Upon written approval, signed by the sergeant at arms and chairman, he may then begin the work of discipleship necessary to raise up knights in his church and city, but only after he has signed a covenant statement insuring that he will operate his branch of KOGC and the knighthood program according to the strict standards of our esteemed order. He will be accountable to this covenant from then on.
Each stage of the process from Page to Knight to Arma Patria, will need to be overseen by our home branch here in Fresno , in order to insure quality control in regards to those who represent our order from the youngest to the oldest. There will be an annual fee from each member of every branch of $50 to be sent to the head officers over the KOGC. Should a branch not meet this financial agreement, its authority to function as a branch of the KOGC will be revoked. These moneys will support the expenses incurred by our governing body in the administration and development of the KOGC.
